These terms and conditions apply to any app (the “Application”) developed by DIGITAL CHIMPANZEE LTD (“Service Provider”), offered as a free, freemium, or commercial service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
Use of the Application
You may not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute any part of the Application. All intellectual property rights remain with the Service Provider.
Face Image Uploads
The Application allows you to upload images for face swapping. These are processed by a self-hosted server controlled by the Service Provider and are handled according to our Privacy Policy. You retain rights to your uploaded content, but you grant the Service Provider a temporary license to process the images solely to provide the requested functionality.
Images are not used for any purpose beyond face swapping and are deleted according to our data retention policy.
Connectivity & Charges
Some features require an internet connection. You are responsible for any mobile data charges incurred. If you use the Application outside of your home country, roaming charges may apply.
Disclaimer of Liability
The Application is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. The Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the Application, including (but not limited to) errors in output, server downtime, or data loss.
Third Party Services
The Application may use third-party services (e.g., RevenueCat) governed by their own terms and conditions:
Updates and Termination
We may update, modify, or discontinue the Application at any time without notice. You agree to accept any updates provided via your app store. If we discontinue the Application, you must stop using it and may lose access to stored content.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the Application after changes means you accept the revised terms.
